About you

  • Previous experience managing a specialist IT team.
  • A history of coordination of a specialist team's efforts and prioritisation of the work pipeline.
  • Well developed communication, stakeholder management, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • An ability to proactively and effectively provide quality customer service in a University setting.
