The role

  • Level 8 - $113,948 to $128,980 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Appointment to be made to current location

As the Manager, Systems, you will lead and drive system innovation to support divisional and university wide objectives, working closely with the Director, Student Administration. You will guide a dedicated team to enhance the student and client experience through effective delivery, support, and evolution of Student Administration enterprise systems and emerging technologies. With a strong focus on leadership and service excellence, you will champion flexible, future focused solutions that strengthen Charles Sturt University’s service culture.

About you

  • Experienced systems professional who excels at driving innovation and aligning technology solutions with organisational objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills that support continuous professional development and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL would be highly regarded.

The Division of Student Experience provides strategic leadership and delivery of innovative non-academic services across the student lifecycle, easing administrative burden and creating engaging and motivating touchpoints for students and stakeholders. The Division works across the University to bring together student experience functions for a seamless and engaging student journey from initial enquiry to becoming a proud alum. Student Experience is the first point of contact for students, advocating for the student voice and ensuring our students are at the centre of our thinking and processes.
