The role

  • Full Time, Fixed Term (until December 2026)
  • Level 7 - $101,421 to $110,819 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga. Other locations / remote working also considered upon application

As Business Analyst, you will play a key role in a first-tier strategic initiative transforming how Charles Sturt delivers learning and assessment. Working with academic, professional and technical stakeholders, you will analyse current technology capabilities, identify future requirements and develop evidence-based recommendations that support scalable, sustainable and compliant learning and assessment models.
This is a rare opportunity to influence a sector-leading initiative that will shape how students experience university education for years to come.

About you

  • Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in business analysis, systems analysis or technology enabled change
  • Skilled in analysing complex systems and producing clear, evidence‑based insights
  • Confident in independently gathering and managing diverse stakeholder requirements
  • Strong communicator able to simplify complexity into clear, actionable outputs
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a large-scale program / project environment
